Did you know that the UBC Wellness office provides a number of FREE and CONFIDENTIAL service including individual or couples counselling (in person and over the phone/skype), referrals to community resources and other helping professionals, resources online about relevant health and wellness topics, and community events!

3. Self-Assessment of the Month: Burnout Inventory for Physicians
Take this quick self-assessment to see how you’re doing in relation to burnout this month. If your score is high, consider contacting the Resident Wellness Office.
