Family Practice is offering a Resident as Teacher workshop to be delivered synchronously via an online platform (Adobe Connect) to residents who will connect and participate via their personal computers. The topic for this session is Planning for Learning and will focus on how to successfully orient a new learner to a new learning setting, including co-creating customized learning goals.

When:
Wednesday, February 15th from 7-8:30PM (note: attendees will be asked to log into Adobe Connect at 6:45PM to ensure a seamless session start at 7PM).

Register:
Interested residents are asked complete this online application form by Monday, February 6th  (note: there will be a limited number of attendee spots available for this session – a wait list will be used if interest exceeds capacity). Residents who are registered will receive a web link on the day of the session.

Fine Print:
Adobe Connect is an online platform that allows attendees to see, hear, and interact with each other from their personal computers. As such, participation in this session requires your computer to have audio and video capability. This workshop is highly interactive and attendees will be expected to actively participate in discussions and activities throughout the session. Following the session, attendees will be asked to provide feedback on their experience via a short online survey to help inform future remote offerings.
