I’ll be getting us geared up for the Sea to Sky Preceptor Retreat as well as addressing my research and findings on our Resident Experience. I’ve sat down with 24 of our residents over the past 6 months and gathered their thoughts on their learning journey, what they hope to accomplish, and the challenges that they face.

Faculty Development Breakfast: Learners in Difficulty
This session is focused on how we identify learners in difficulty and satisfies one of the course requirements for the UBC Family Practice Clinical Teaching Certificate. The certificate program is comprised of 5 courses plus a one-hour topic session. We’ll talk more about it on Friday!
